Barre Flow Fitness was created to help anyone reach their wellness goals. Between the growing demands of the workplace and the challenge of maintaining a work-life balance, I designed the fitness experience that meets you halfway. I truly believe we can lead busy lives while also prioritizing our health.
After 15 years in education, I decided it was time to share my passion for health and wellness on a larger scale. I strive to inspire and connect to others through fitness-no matter where they are on their journey. My goal is for anyone who takes our classes to make fitness part of their "flow" in life; fully immersed in and enjoying their time set aside for wellness.
