Barre

Barre Flow is a low-impact, classic barre experience incorporating dance and Pilates-inspired movements. Previous dance or Pilates experience is not required. You will be guided through rhythmic combinations designed to strengthen, tone, and torch calories! This class proves that micro- movements can be game changers.


Cardio Barre

45/60 min

Cardio Barre is barre elevated! Get ready to increase your cardiovascular endurance while moving seamlessly from one movement to the next. A burpee in barre class? Yes, you may find this here. Will I sweat in this class? Yes, bring a towel. No previous experience is necessary.

Core Sculpt

45 min

In Core Sculpt, you will strengthen and tone all muscles in the core for better balance and stability. Bands, dumbbells, gliders-we get creative and you get stronger. Walk out of class with improved posture, ready to take on the day! 


Flow Strength

45/60 min

Flow Strength is a rhythmic weight training class that makes lifting weights fun! Work each muscle group with the use of dumbbells, steps, and stability balls designed to increase metabolism and create strong muscles. Yes, there may be a push-up or ten.  

Interval Training

45 min

In this class, we focus on strength and cardio conditioning. You will quickly transform your body as you reach your full potential each and every class. Get ready for weight training with cardio treats.

Zumba

45/60 min

Zumba is an international and latin-inspired dance fitness workout sure to torch calories, improve cardiovascular fitness and leave you feeling energized!  Zumba incorporates interval training alternating between fast and slower rhythms. 

Yin Yoga

60 min

Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more meditative, introspective style of the modern yoga practice. This practice invites us to relax into a pose while holding for a longer period of time, typically between 2-5 minutes. It has roots in the Taoist tradition and is based on the Taoist concept of Yin & Yang.
